These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AsistanX platform and related services (the "Service") operated at asistanx.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

AsistanX is a multi-tenant SaaS platform providing e-commerce storefronts, order and inventory management, marketplace integrations, and marketing tools to business customers. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose.
• Send unsolicited email or messages, or upload contact data you are not permitted to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Violate the terms or policies of any third-party integration you enable (including Meta, marketplaces, payment, and shipping providers).

4. Merchant Data and Responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit ("Merchant Data"). You are the controller of your own customers' personal data and are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent for processing it — including before adding customers to advertising audiences or sharing data with third parties such as Meta. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service lets you connect optional third-party services (for example Meta advertising, marketplaces, payment gateways, and shipping carriers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and enabling them is at your discretion.

6. Fees

Paid plans and their fees are described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. We may change pricing prospectively with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by AsistanX and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right in our intellectual property other than the limited right to use the Service as permitted here.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsistanX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; data handling after termination follows our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
