This page describes the email sending practices of AsistanX, a multi-tenant SaaS e-commerce and ERP platform. All email described below originates from our dedicated mail infrastructure at posta.asistanx.com (IP: 194.5.237.52).

1. Types of Email We Send

1.1 Platform transactional email

AsistanX sends transactional email to its registered SaaS customers (tenants), including:

  • Account registration and verification emails
  • Password reset emails
  • Order and system notifications
  • Billing and invoice notifications

These messages are strictly triggered by user actions or account events and are sent only to registered users of the platform.

1.2 Product communications

With the customer's consent, AsistanX may send product-related communications such as new feature announcements, usage guides, and best-practice tips. Every such email contains a clearly visible unsubscribe link, and recipients can opt out at any time with a single click.

1.3 Corporate correspondence

AsistanX employees use individual mailboxes on this infrastructure for ordinary one-to-one business correspondence. No bulk email is sent from personal employee mailboxes.

1.4 Tenant-originated email

AsistanX provides e-commerce infrastructure that allows tenants to serve their own customers under their own domains. Within this scope, tenants may send:

  • Order confirmations and shipping/status notifications to their own customers
  • Cart reminder and remarketing emails
  • One-to-one customer correspondence

All automated tenant emails include an unsubscribe mechanism, and recipients can stop receiving them at any time. Tenants are contractually required to send email only to recipients who have given consent.

2. Consent and Opt-Out

  • All automated and bulk-style email is permission-based. We do not send unsolicited email, and we prohibit our tenants from doing so.
  • Every automated email includes a one-click unsubscribe link and List-Unsubscribe headers.
  • Opt-out requests are processed immediately and automatically.
  • Purchased, rented, or scraped mailing lists are strictly prohibited on our platform.

3. Authentication and Technical Measures

  • SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are configured for all sending domains on this infrastructure.
  • Reverse DNS (rDNS) is properly configured for our sending IP (posta.asistanx.com).
  • Outbound connections use TLS.
  • Hard bounces and complaints are monitored, and problematic addresses are suppressed from future sending.

4. Abuse Policy

We take abuse of our email infrastructure seriously. Tenants found sending spam, unsolicited email, or otherwise violating this policy are subject to immediate suspension of their sending privileges.

5. Reporting Abuse

If you believe you have received unsolicited or abusive email originating from our infrastructure, please report it to:

[email protected]

Reports are reviewed promptly and acted upon.
